Business Analytics Program | Students, Graduates and Working Professionals

Don't Just Learn Analytics. Learn to Think Like an Analyst.

Build the skills to clean data, uncover insights, create meaningful dashboards, and understand how businesses use data to make better decisions.

A smarter learning sequence:

ExcelPower BISQL

Understand data transformation first. Master visual analytics next. Learn SQL when you're ready to understand the code behind it.

The real skill

Knowing the tool is one thing. Knowing what to do with the data is another.

Before · tools without process

  1. Data is scattered across files.
  2. Values are inconsistent and difficult to analyse.
  3. Reports show numbers without explaining what matters.
  4. Learners memorise features without understanding the underlying process.

Our teaching methodology

We Don't Teach Analytics in the Usual Order. And There's a Reason.

Excel first. Power BI next. SQL after that.

Many analytics courses introduce SQL immediately after Excel. At Binalytic Solutions, we take a different approach. We first help learners understand how data is cleaned, transformed, and analysed. Once the concepts are clear, SQL syntax becomes much easier to learn.

  1. 01

    Advanced Excel

    Understand the data.

Learn to organise, clean, validate, and prepare datasets. Build a strong foundation in working with real-world data before moving into more advanced analytics tools.

  2. 02

    Power BI

    Understand transformation and analysis.

Use Power Query's visual interface to learn data cleaning and transformation concepts without being distracted by SQL syntax. Then progress into data modelling, DAX, visualisation, dashboards, and business insights.

  3. 03

    SQL

Learn the syntax behind familiar operations.

Filtering, grouping, joining and transforming data are not entirely new at this stage. Now you learn how to express those familiar operations in SQL syntax.

Understand the logic first. Learn the syntax second.

By the time you reach SQL, you already understand many of the concepts behind it. You're not starting from scratch—you're learning how to express familiar operations in SQL.

SQL becomes easier when you already understand the data you're working with.

Build your analytical foundation, whatever your starting point.

Your instructor

Taught the way analysts actually think.

Classes at Binalytic Solutions focus on practical teaching, clear explanations and concept-first learning—so you understand why a step matters before you learn where to click or what to type.

  • Concepts before features

Every tool is introduced through the data problem it solves.

  • Clear explanations

Ideas are broken down step by step, with time to ask why.

  • Practical by default

Each concept is practised on realistic business datasets.

Questions, answered.

  • Business Analytics is the practice of using data to understand performance and support better decisions. It involves preparing data, analysing it, presenting the findings clearly, and interpreting what they mean for the business.

  • Students and graduates, MBA and management students, finance and business professionals, and working professionals who want to work with data more confidently in reports, dashboards and everyday decisions.

  • No. The program starts with analytical thinking and Excel, and introduces SQL only after you understand the data operations behind it.

  • Basic familiarity helps, but the Excel stage begins with organising and cleaning data. If you're unsure where to start, talk to a course advisor.

  • We teach Power BI before SQL because we want learners to understand data cleaning and transformation concepts before they focus on SQL syntax. Power Query provides a visual way to practise these concepts. Once learners understand the underlying logic, SQL becomes a more natural next step.

  • Understanding how data is cleaned, structured, and transformed helps learners recognise what SQL queries are doing. Instead of memorising syntax in isolation, learners can connect queries to operations they already understand.

  • Data organisation and cleaning, formulas and lookup functions, conditional calculations, PivotTables and PivotCharts, data validation, Power Query fundamentals, and reporting and dashboards.

  • Data import and Power Query, cleaning and transformation, data modelling and relationships, DAX fundamentals, KPI design and visualisation, and interactive dashboards and reports.

  • Relational database fundamentals, SELECT and filtering, sorting and aggregation, GROUP BY and HAVING, joins, and writing queries that answer business questions.

  • Yes. The program is built around working with realistic datasets and ends with an integrated analytics project where you prepare data, build a report or dashboard, and present your findings.

  • Batch schedules and duration are shared on enquiry. Please talk to a course advisor or message us on WhatsApp for the current details.

  • Fees are shared on enquiry. Please talk to a course advisor or message us on WhatsApp for the current details.

  • No. The program develops relevant analytical skills, but it does not guarantee employment, a salary, or a particular career outcome.
